Dalit Welfare Organization (DWO) is a non-profit, non-political social organization aiming to eliminate the existing caste-based discrimination in Nepali society since its establishment in 1994. DWO is a national level organization that consists 30 district chapters. The organization is governed by executive committee (board), which is chosen by general assembly.
