To become a member of DWO, please print out the following form. Fill out the form and send it to us by fax (977-1-4230992) or E-mail.
Initial membership fee is 10 NRs (nepali rupees), for two years. After the initial 2 years you can re-apply for an active membership, costing 100 NRs. Form is in English or Nepali.
